B48 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the b48 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the b48 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the b48 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the b48 platform.
To register and use the b48 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia;
- Not be prohibited by any local laws from using similar online services;
- Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
B48 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts found to be non-compliant may be suspended or closed without further notice.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on b48. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any related funds being forfeited. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b48 account password. b48 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. All activity that occurs through your account, whether authorised or not, remains your responsibility. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Usage Rules & User Conduct
B48 users are required to use this platform for lawful and personal purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit system vulnerabilities in any way;
- Using another person's account or registering an account on someone else's behalf;
- Spreading false or misleading information about the b48 platform;
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law;
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
B48 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating these rules, including suspending access while an investigation is carried out.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the b48 platform are conducted in Malaysian currency (MYR — Malaysian Ringgit). b48 supports local payment methods including FPX (online banking via registered Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. b48 does not accept foreign currency payments directly.
Deposit Terms
Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered under the same user's name. b48 reserves the right to decline deposits that are suspicious or whose source cannot be verified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the user's name. b48 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. b48 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The b48 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b48 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, b48 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or sustained losses arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
All content on the b48 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software code — is the intellectual property of b48 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without prior written consent from b48.
The b48 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. b48 does not control the content or privacy policies of these third parties and is not responsible for any loss or issues arising from your interactions with them. You are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law
B48's Right to Amend Terms
B48 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the b48 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
B48 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms, failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or instructions from relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, any funds associated with the rule-violating activity may not be refundable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your use of the b48 platform should first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to the relevant courts in Malaysia.
